Cocoon: Living in the heart of the software park

Discover the benefits of Cocoon
The three low-energy buildings in Softwarepark Hagenberg are only a few steps away from the University of Applied Sciences. They were planned together with students and offer well-thought-out 3-room apartments of around 75 m², including a large common area with kitchen, bathroom, toilet and covered loggia. The bright, south-facing loggias create a pleasant living experience with plenty of daylight and open space.
The apartments are perfectly tailored for living in a shared flat. Each unit offers three equally sized bedrooms, an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen block (oven, oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer), bathroom, separate toilet and a spacious, covered loggia.
Each house has a laundry room and several common rooms, which can be used flexibly as storage or drying areas. In addition, extensive green areas around the complex invite you to sunbathe, barbecue or simply relax.
The residential complex was built sustainably using low-energy construction and equipped with floor heating via an air heat pump. This not only ensures pleasant warmth, but also permanently low operating costs.
24 unallocated free outdoor parking spaces are available to all residents. Bicycle parking spaces are also available — convenient for anyone who likes to remain mobile and flexible.
